Home Inspections are a visual Examination of the building which is done to the Standard of Practice of the Canadian Associates of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI) and the Ontario Associates of Home Inspectors. You should expect the inspection to take 2-3 hours. We will explain what is a standard maintenance item and what (if anything) would be a cause for concern. Our inspection reports are detailed with photos and will provide further understanding of the results of your home inspection. We have the experience to give you insight into the condition of your home and its systems to identify any major deficiencies that need to be addressed prior to buying or selling. Feel free to contact us before and after your inspection with questions or for further understanding of your concerns.
